After the serene yet thought-provoking TS Indo-Pacific Conference, it is always an excellent moment to immerse oneself in contemplation.
I have chosen a forwarding subject of focus: "Where is the Seat for Active Action?" after Dr Ravi Ravindra's rendition on "Actorless Actor" and its related subject.
A contemplation: "Where is the Seat for Active Action?"
Immediately, an awareness exercise begins, on: "Conscious Action" - a self-observation.
In one deep slow exhalation, I immediately begin to be aware of myself... in that altering process, I am present to: Consciously slowing down the mental and physical pre-occupations... at the end of its breathe, I instantaneously enter into the doorway of consciousness - to feel first... then to know... to love... to live...
