Registration Information

Early Bird Registration:

Register and pay between April 2026 and 20 July 2026, per person –

• Single Occupancy (AUD $1,615) *
• Shared Room (AUD $ 1,175) *
• Registration and Meals only (AUD $740) **

*    Includes: Registration fee, 5-nights accommodation and meals (breakfast, morning and afternoon tea, lunch and dinner)

**  Includes: Registration fee and the following meals – morning and afternoon tea, lunch and dinner

Late Registration:

From 21 July to 31 August 2026 the cost per person is –

• Single Occupancy (AUD $1,675) *
• Shared Room (AUD $ 1,235) *
• Registration and Meals only (AUD $800) **

Booking Notes:

A small ticketing fee may be applicable on payment. 

Shared Room is two people per room.

On the registration form add the name of the person you have arranged to share a room with.  If you are travelling on your own and wish to share a room, we will match you up with a delegate of the same sex.

Additional Nights: 

If you wish to book additional nights before or after the Conference, the Novotel Perth Langley is offering a special rate for Indo-Pacific Federation Conference delegates of AUD $175 per room, subject to availability.  To book any additional nights please contact the hotel direct using the email address h1764@accor.com and advise you are part of the Theosophical Society Indo-Pacific Conference, quoting Conference number 505142.

Cancellations and Refunds:

–  If your booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the Conference start date, a full refund will be given less the registration fee ($90 early bird, $150 non-early bird)

– If cancelled within 30 days of the Conference start date, no refund can be given

– We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances
