Programme Information:
Friday 2 October 2026 – is primarily for arrivals. Registration will be open on the Mezzanine floor from 2.00pm onward, until 8.00pm.
Dinner is at 6.00pm on the ground floor for those staying at the hotel with meals included. Please refer to your pack which you will receive at registration for further details.
Saturday 3rd October 2026 – The Conference itself will open on Saturday 3rd of October at 9.30am, in the Silver Room located on the Mezzanine Floor.
Closing and departures – The Conference will close on the evening of Tuesday 6th October 2026.
Wednesday the 7th October – breakfast is included in the hotel stay package and the hotel check out is by 11.00am.
